Returns and exchanges
You can return your products unused and in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase and we will refund or exchange them, no questions asked. Please do not break open packaging that is non-resealable if you wish for an exchange or refund.
Goods are returned to us at your expense. However, if the products are faulty we will exchange them and refund or credit the cost of the return postage.
Pricing
All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars and include GST. bellamy gallery reserves the right to change prices without notice. Orders made from outside New Zealand, that are to be shipped outside New Zealand, will have the GST amount deducted. This adjustment will appear on the invoice sent with the order.
All transactions are billed in New Zealand dollars (NZD). However a currency converter is provided on each product page so that you can convert to your local currency to guide you in pricing.
Payment
We only accept Cheque, PayPal or Bank Deposit
Other: We also accept Bank Deposits. When paying using this method, goods can only be dispatched when deposits have cleared to bellamy gallery. Please select your payment method at the checkout. Our payment details are emailed to you with your order confirmation. It would be appreciated if you could contact us by email or phone confirming payment has been made. This will expedite shipping of your order when payment is finally received by us.

Shipping and delivery
All orders are dispatched within three business days from receipt of payment. If there is any delay we will notify you by email.
New Zealand orders
Orders sent within New Zealand are sent by Fastway signature required service, and take 1-2 working days for delivery from the date of dispatch.
We have a flat rate delivery of $5.00 for all orders up to $50.00
All orders over $50.00 ship FREE.
If your order is out of stock, we will notify you as quickly as possible and advise the expected delivery time. At this time you can choose to wait for your product, choose an alternative product or cancel your order.
International orders
We welcome international orders.
At this stage we ship to the following countries:
Australia, Austria, Canada, Cook Islands, Denmark, Fiji, France, Germany, Great Britain, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Caledonia, Norfolk Island, Norway, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tonga, United States.

Taxes & Duties
Please note that international orders may incur a variety of local import taxes, customs, duty, or GST/VAT. Lighthaus Media Ltd T/A sisson is not responsible for payment of any fees or charges imposed once the package reaches your country - they are not included in your payment to Bellamy Gallery and are payable to the appropriate government agencies. If you have concerns regarding the imposition of taxes, fees or duties, please research at your end before ordering. Due to the huge variability in tax & import policies between countries, sisson cannot offer any advice on this matter.
