A closer look at some of the details in the St Arnaud Ridge painting that are starting to take shape. I'm starting to gain the luminosity in the tussocks alternating thick, sticky paint and intricate tussock strands. It's a bit demoralizing as you loose a lot of detail work in the process but the end result when the tussocks glow with that white gold light is worth it.
