A long time in the works, but here it is, finally finished: Lull of the Tide, Ōrākei, Auckland.
Featuring six of the iconic boat sheds and two moorings, the painting is a serene depiction of the boat sheds on a calm day. The Ōrākei Basin where this scene is located, is a beautiful sheltered tidal lagoon located in a volcanic crater a short drive from Auckland City. The boat sheds & moorings are located next to Ngapipi Road. https://www.bellamygallery.co.nz/collections/new-works
