Whitebaiter Fisherman

Whitebait season starts today for the whole country! We will be keeping our ear to the ground to hear where it is running. The whitebait season for all of New Zealand including the West Coast of the South Island is 1 September to 14 November inclusive. Here is a new work to celebrate the iconic kiwi culture of whitebaiting, 'Whitebaiter Fisherman' Acrylic on Board, 1200 x 700mm. Please observe the regulations, take only as much as you need and conserve our species.
