Painted with exquisite detail, Camp Stream Hut by Michelle Bellamy captures the quiet majesty of Aotearoa’s backcountry. Nestled at over 1,200m in a shallow valley near Camp Stream, this musterers’ hut is surrounded by golden tussocks, with snow-covered Roundhill rising behind and it is maintained by the Mackenzie Alpine Trust.
Michelle waited for the perfect combination of low winter light and snow to bring the scene to life, capturing the historic hut against the sweeping tussock hills and snow-capped peaks. This limited edition print celebrates the solitude, character and enduring connection to the remote landscapes of New Zealand’s high country.

  • The artwork above the white desk is framed with the white 20w x 30d frame with no matt and is the 400 x 400mm size. 
    The artwork above the seat is framed with the raw oak 40w x 34d frame with no matt and is the 500 x 500mm size.
    The artwork above the table & seat in the grey dining area is framed with the black 30w x 40d frame with no matt and is the 500 x 500mm size.
    The other framed artworks are the 245 x 245mm & 400 x 400mm size and are framed with the raw oak 20w x 20h, black & white 20w x 30h and two brown 25w x 37h frames.

    With a textured finish, Cold Press Natural is composed of a true 100% cotton fibre base. The cotton Rag is designed for museum quality fine art work, it is a warm white and delivers beautiful tonal transitions.
    Hahnemühle Fine Art Paper | German Etching 310gsm
    With a rougher textured finish it is a traditional mould-made copperplate printing paper. The natural white art paper is made from 100% alpha cellulose and is one of the most popular papers for fine art prints and art reproductions thanks to its characteristic tactile feel and surface texture.

    Michelle creates your exclusive signed print which takes between 1-5 days. Then your print is sent with delivery in 1-3 working days. 
    Framed Prints in New Zealand - Free
    Please allow 5-10 working days for framing then it will be shipped within New Zealand in 2-3 working days. Please note that framed prints cannot be shipped outside of New Zealand.

Description

This archival quality print is made using the highest quality museum grade pigment inks and is available on two lightly textured papers. The inks and papers are designed to last for generations. Each fine art reproduction is colour proofed by Michelle and hand signed & dated at the base with edition number and title. The print size refers to the dimensions of the image, each print also has an additional 50mm unprinted border. The Petite Print collection (245 x 245mm size) has a smaller 30mm unprinted border.

Framing

We offer a selection of black, white, brown, dark brown and raw oak frames, available in a range of profiles to complement the size and style of your artwork.
Our black and white frames are made in New Zealand from pine and finished with a durable, smooth painted surface.
The brown and dark brown frames are also crafted from New Zealand pine, with a stained, textured finish that brings warmth and character to the artwork.
For a more natural look, our raw oak frame features a beautiful solid timber construction with a simple, untreated finish that allows the natural grain of the wood to show.
If you have something different in mind, we can also arrange a custom framing option to suit your artwork and interior.
